Everyday thinks....जोब्स

Everday Thinks - Jobs

How is everybody doing? I set up this blog for all people to talk about everyday things... or like I say Everyday Thinks... Everybody is thinking everyday about something. It can be a normal thing such as what I am going to eat, or what do I wear... We will talk about all the normal things in life. People with goals, people who already reached there goal etc. Myself I am a Dutch person. I think alot about things everyday.

Do you know how many people are thinking of how to pay there bills?

Maybe you are one of them, or maybe you manage very well.

One thing is for sure. You will have to work to pay your bills. Sitting home will not pay any bills. It is very important to always keep a job. This is the number 1 rule! Nomatter what job it is, you have to make sure you have a cashflow coming in all the time. If you dont like your job at this moment just think there will be a better job waiting for you.

My first advise: Never quit a job before you have a new one!

Out of my own experience I know its best to keep your job while your looking for something better. Nowadays alot of people are job hopping. This means people are jumping from job to job. This can be a good thing but dont do this too much! Normally you should stay at a job for 1,5 to 2 years before you hop over. This way you build a resume which is strong. With a strong resume you get hired faster. 2 Jobs on a resume of both 2 years is stronger than 10 jobs of 3 months. You have to create the image that you are willing to work and not just hop over from job to job.

My second advise: Always keep your resume posted on websites like Monster.com

A lot of companies are looking for people on these websites and it never hurts to receive job offers in your email. Maybe that job is meant for you. You never know...

Having experience in the workfield is a must. A lot of jobs require work experience for a certain position. By placing your resume jobs will find you instead of you looking for jobs!

For everybody who reads this blog if you have advise on this topic post your comments and make it complete. A lot of people are in need of advise about jobs. I know there are people out there who have more experience on this field. Share your knowledge in this blog.

Regards,

The DutchAmerican
